Still Life Product Photos for Max Factor X
The still life campaign for Max Factor X products involved the facial cosmetic lines, creating images with an elegant style, aimed at enhancing a particularly refined packaging.
Max Factor is a cosmetics company that needs no introduction: present in all large-scale distribution, including online megastores, it offers extremely well-cared-for products, suitable for any complexion, for all skin types and with specific solutions for different individual needs.
The cosmetics are designed to give radiance and naturalness. The foundations, powders, eye and lip products captivate with their colours and textures, meeting the needs of every daily situation and proving to be reliable partners for every woman.
For this reason, the still life campaign aims to convey an idea of elegance and versatility.
The work carried out with Studio Concept had exactly this driver: to guide the transition of Max Factor products from mass-produced cosmetics to luxury allies, highlighting their great quality. With a focus on sophisticated aesthetics and innovation, the still life campaign aimed to capture the essence of the brand through visually appealing images that enhance the products and tell their story.
Foundations, eyeliners and powders are represented in a way that conveys the idea of contemporary luxury. The images present modern backgrounds, refined in their simplicity, using neutral colours such as black, orange and gold to convey a sense of elegance and class. The arrangement of the products is minimal, yet studied, creating harmonious compositions that attract the eye without overloading the scene.
To highlight Max Factor’s innovation, shots show the products on backgrounds that recall materials with clean colours and textures, with soft lighting suggesting the concept of modernity.
The use of high-tech textures and materials, such as marble and satin-finished tops, helps to communicate the idea of an avant-garde brand.
Still life images incorporate elements of the everyday, such as clutch bags and jewellery boxes, to show how Max Factor cosmetics can elevate the daily beauty routine, linking the products to a chic and sophisticated lifestyle.
The execution of the campaign involved the collaboration of photographers specialised in cosmetics still life, sets with attention to the smallest details, props that complement the cosmetics without introducing distractions, soft lighting and the use of contrasts and shadows that add depth and dimension to the images.
The post-production phase included interventions to make each image perfect, safeguarding the naturalness of the shot and returning photographs ready for distribution and promotion on social media, websites, email marketing and advertising materials (advertising banners, brochures and point-of-sale displays).
In summary, the still life campaign for Max Factor conducted with Studio Concept aims to combine luxury and innovation, presenting the cosmetics in a context that enhances their quality and elegance. With a carefully crafted visual strategy, Max Factor emerges not only with an enhanced high-end brand image, but with a new appeal to customers eager to experience products that represent the best of modern beauty.
