A high-class hotel is distinguished by all its services, but above all by the attention it pays to detail.
When guests place their trust in a quality hospitality establishment, they expect everything to be up to standard—from cleanliness to safety, the care of furnishings, the variety of breakfast, and above all, the comfort, hospitality, and relaxation of the bathroom. This includes particular attention to what are known as Hotel Amenities—the personal care and hygiene products provided to guests.

Albogroup is a company founded in Bergamo in 1977, and it has been active ever since in the production of high-quality soaps. One of its main areas of specialization is hotel supplies, offering both catalog product lines and fully customizable solutions.

One of its most successful product lines is based on Argan oil, the famous “desert gold,” known for its intense scent and rich, comforting texture—able to captivate the senses and convey a sense of relaxation and luxury.

Given the highly competitive Hotel Amenities sector, populated by luxury brands, mass-market producers, and niche manufacturers, Albogroup turned to the expertise of Studio Concept to lead a restyling campaign, with a special focus on packaging — not just an aesthetic element, but a true marketing tool.

The collaboration with a specialized studio allowed Albogroup to transform Hotel Amenities into a distinctive feature of the guest experience and a strategic lever to strengthen the company’s brand identity.

The campaign involved careful study of both packaging and print and social communication.
Focusing on the Argan line, the logo, graphics, lettering, and all primary packaging were redesigned, addressing the specific challenge of creating travel-size and single-dose formats.
The results included:
– The creation of custom designs aligned with a luxury, eco-friendly, and business – oriented concept, thanks to a careful integration of colors, fonts, and materials;
– Premium packaging for luxury hotels, with elegant and practical single-use formats, produced through sustainable processes that respect both the environment and fair labor practices;
– A refined sensory result, enhancing the feeling of comfort and well-being.
The communication campaign focused on still-life photography, designed to meet two distinct needs;
Product-focused shots, highlighting the packaging against a bright golden background;
– The images contextualize the quality of the products, focusing on the main ingredient, argan oil. The aim is to convey a sense of purity, luxury, and naturalness through close-ups of argan berries, some whole and others split open to reveal the kernel. Close-ups of argan oil, almost conveying the comfort of its soft, enveloping texture, create a dynamic, sensorial effect that emphasizes the product’s density and shine. In just a few shots, the story unfolds from the harvest fields to the traditional extraction processes and finally to the elegant packaging provided by the hotel.

I cosmetici destinati all’accoglienza negli hotel, che comunemente si chiamano Hotel Amenities, richiedono una progettazione particolare. Generalmente i packaging sono molto piccoli, sono mini size cosmetiche, e devono comunicare immediatamente uno stile e un gusto particolare.

Abbiamo realizzato come Studio Concept la nuova linea Argan di Albogroup, destinata agli hotel più prestigiosi ed eleganti al mondo. Il contenuto è un cosmetico di altissima gamma per capelli e corpo e l’immagine della linea doveva comunicare subito eleganza, raffinatezza, esclusività; come avviene per la profumeria selettiva di nicchia.

Abbiamo studiato il logo, il lettering, la grafica dei packaging primari, e tutta la comunicazione cartacea e social grazie alla realizzazione interna in agenzia di tutti gli still life, dell’idea creativa, della post-produzione fotografica.
